That's me - I helped get the event started, thanks to the help from
the Yahoo RainbowSkydivers mailing list. Designed the website,
designed most of the graphics, got friends to help me recruit sponsors,
did online networking to gather people, and get many people interested in

Kirsten Johnson - Load Organizer!
Kirsten Johnson of www.skydivespaceland.com
has volunteered to organize special jumps for attending experienced
jumpers such as the World’s Biggest Queer
Formation Skydive as well as the World’s First Queer-SCR!
Kirsten Johnson is a USPA AFF Instructor with accomplishments including
Texas Skydiving League Medal Winner, National 8-Way Silver Metal, 4-Way
Americas Cup Bronze Metal, Neches River Gold Cup, “Pink Mafia Sisters”
member, and has lots of Wind Tunnel Time!

Jack Fertig - Donation!
A 51-year-old, long time activist, a professional astrologer based in
San Francisco, writing the internationally syndicated "Q-Scope"
sunsign column that appears in GLBT papers in the US, Canada, UK, and
South Africa -- is the founder and listowner of the Rainbow Skydivers
yahoo group, which provided the forum whence all this sprang. Would
that make me the old man of the rainbow? Blue skies to all of our
chute-packers, leaping lesbians, bi-fliers and trans-airfolks!

We have so many costs to pay for!
Rainbow Boogie accepts donations to help pay for costs (magazine
advertising, online ads, packing tent rental, costs of labour, and other
event costs). Mark Rejhon paid more than $1000 of out-of-pocket
expenses (above and beyond sponsor revenues!) to help throw this big party
for everyone!
